Classes

Ethics for animals is my highest concern and the safety of my students. Conscious raising, handling and education of the reptiles is emphasized and respect. I believe my destiny in life was to collaborate with the snake as my teache and guide. I offer something unique to further support our evolution as a species. Dr Lisa

Naga Yoga is a different style of yoga than you have ever experienced. The discipline incorporates 7 methods woven into tapestries.  I have carefully developed this practice over 20 years now. Classes always begin with education and learning how to handle the animal to maximize the experience while maintaining safety. Naga Yoga is something that requires training and intention. I have a collection of over 70 snakes from all over the world. I select snakes that are appropriate for the classes and expereince levels. Classes are typically 2 hours long and there are intensives too.
